Magda Cruz-Arnaud
Magda Cruz-Arnaud was born in Tempoal, Veracruz, Mexico, and grew up in the vibrant city of Tampico, Tamaulipas. Her journey into education and professional success began at Trinity College in Washington, DC, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Medical Technology.

Magda's initial career was in the medical field, where she garnered extensive laboratory experience at Houston Northwest Medical Center. This institution holds a special place in her heart, as it is where her three children were born. In 1989 Magda made a significant career shift by attending Champions School of Real Estate. She obtained her real estate license and began her new professional journey with Coldwell Banker as her first sponsor.

Magda has since built a prolific career in real estate, working with esteemed firms such as Coldwell Banker, Keller Williams, HomeSmart, Encore Fine Properties, and most recently, CapStone. Her entrepreneurial spirit also led her to establish "Propiedades Selectas" in Tampico, a highly successful boutique real estate company.
